📦 Production Complete

Here is an update that's hard to write, especially given how close we are to the finish line. When Andreas received samples from the production batch, he noticed a color shift issue on a few keys in the blue mods set. The factory acted immediately, reinjecting the affected keys over the weekend. They're now ready, but all products containing blue sets need to be checked and repacked. We know this is disappointing news when we were all expecting shipments to begin, and we're deeply frustrated with the timing ourselves.

New shipping timeline

This was the final production issue. Shipping begins Monday, December 1st as soon as the blue sets are repacked and ready to go. The process is expected to last 9 days for both preorders and extras, we will send tracking numbers out in batches daily.

Shipping order

We considered shipping all non-blue orders first to get products moving sooner, but this would create a logistics mess that's prone to errors, something we want to avoid at this point. We're sticking to the original plan:

• Pre-orders ship first (starting December 1st)
• Extras orders follow (order numbers up to #1687)
• Shop orders begin shipping around December 15th (exact date TBD)

After fulfillment

Once all orders are shipped, URSA will be available for immediate purchase from our store and select partners. We'll continue shipping DDP to the US and EU thanks to the partnership we've secured with our forwarder, no customs headaches for you.
