The response to the URSA extras sale has been absolutely overwhelming, and we want to start by saying a huge THANK YOU to everyone who has supported the project. We're incredibly grateful for the enthusiasm and trust you've shown. We've hit our target numbers and still have inventory available as projected, which means there's still time to get your set!

Shipping priority explained

To keep things transparent, here's exactly how shipping will work in three stages:

Stage 1: Pre-orders + their extras All pre-order customers, combined with any extras they've placed, will ship first.

Important: To ensure your orders have been properly combined and to confirm your shipping details, head over to your order page right now.

Stage 2: Extras sale orders (until Friday 8am SGT) All extras orders placed during the sale (ending Friday 8am Singapore time) will ship in this batch.

Stage 3: New shop orders Once stages 1 and 2 are shipped, we'll fulfill orders placed after the extras sale ends.

Pre-orders and extras are still expected to ship in November, assuming production continues smoothly - which it has been so far!

Extras sale ends Friday 8am Singapore time

You have less than 48 hours to place an order that will be included in that second shipping batch. Here's what changes after the sale closes:

• You can no longer add to your pre-order and enjoy free shipping
• Orders placed after Friday will ship only after all other orders have been fulfilled
• We will maintain our DDP shipping terms for EU and US customers (no customs hassles on your end), and the store will keep taking orders.

If you had a pre-order and still haven't confirmed your shipping details, this is your last chance. We're about to start shipping and some customers still haven't verified their information. We're sending additional reminder emails, but eventually we'll have to ship and hope the packages reach the right person. Please don't let that be you - confirm your details at ursa.fkcaps.com/user.

What's next for URSA

We're already planning new colorways and exploring compatibility extensions for ISO, JIS, and other layouts. There will be a dedicated update about this once we're ready to move forward, stay tuned!

• If you were one of our top supporters and joined the pre-orders, there may be a gift waiting for you
• Pre-order customers who bought the MiniCom base kit will see that a MiniCom accents kit has been added to your order, you won't be charged
• We're still verifying packing lists and confirming payments. If you forgot to use your free shipping code during the pre-order, we'll send you an email and issue a refund
